Booking confirmation

Submitting the website form creates a request, not a guaranteed ride. A booking is confirmed only after TravelSathi communicates vehicle availability, pickup details and the applicable fare.

Fare and payment

The final fare may depend on route, vehicle, tolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops and other agreed requirements. A completed ride is not automatically treated as paid; payment status is recorded separately.

Cancellations and changes

Tell the operations team as early as possible about route, time or passenger changes. Any cancellation or waiting charge should be communicated before confirmation where reasonably possible.

Driver and tracking details

Driver and vehicle details appear after assignment. Live location depends on the driver's device permission, network, battery and GPS accuracy, so it may be delayed and should not be used as an emergency service.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate contact and trip information, follow lawful safety instructions, and avoid carrying prohibited or unsafe items.
